Darren Kanthal is an experienced career coach, combining a passion for developing leaders with a deep expertise in the career process and over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition – a triple threat in the industry.

Dr. Kathy Kramer is a multifaceted educator with more than 25 years’ experience. Kathy has honed her craft with roles ranging from teacher, corporate trainer, curriculum development consultant, and professor of education. 

Kathy brings a passion for advocacy to her work by serving leaders and administrators who are building environments focused on inclusivity, equity and creativity. 

She holds an EdD in Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction from Aurora University and is currently the Director of Graduate Studies in Education at Carroll University. Her passion for professional empowerment led her to obtain an advanced coaching certificate in 2019 with Co-Active Training Institute.

Michelle brings over 23 years of leadership, business transformation and human resources experience to her clients, including her last corporate position as head of HR for a healthcare technology company. Michelle is a certified leadership coach, certified Dare to Lead™ facilitator and entrepreneur.  

Her company, Summit Leadership Coaching, works with organizations, leaders and teams to develop and inspire conscious, connected and courageous leaders through leadership coaching, leadership development programs and high impact workshops.

With a rich background in personal development coaching, Lani Kessler leverages her skills in transformation, change management, and goal achievement to guide clients towards realizing their personal and professional objectives. 

Her coaching, grounded in certifications from the ICF and CTI, focuses on fostering resilience, strategic planning, and effective communication among directors and mid-level leaders. 

Her career spans significant roles in customer service management and entrepreneurship, notably improving customer satisfaction and employee morale at TCI/AT&T Broadband and founding Write Occasions, which achieved notable success and customer loyalty. 

Katy Craig, MA, MFA, CPCC, PCC, is the founder of Pavo, LLC, offering coaching, training, and speaking services since 2015. Her diverse client base includes notable organizations such as Adobe and the US Department of Energy, and she has facilitated workshops globally. 

Katy’s vast experience extends to serving as a leadership coach, content developer, and instructor in various educational and professional settings, significantly impacting leadership development across Colorado. 

She holds multiple certifications in coaching and leadership assessments, including from the International Coach Federation and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead. 

Beth Kirke is an ICF Professional Certified Coach with a strong foundation in director-level business and a Master's in Corporate Public Relations from Northwestern University. She specializes in executive, senior, and emerging leader coaching, offering customized plans to unlock clients' full potential and foster leadership development. 

With expertise in strategic planning, career transition coaching, and a results-driven approach, Beth has positively impacted clients across various industries.

Mike Caracalas is an accomplished Executive Leadership Coach with 18 years of coaching experience, including 11 years in professional practice, and 20 years of internal corporate executive experience across Healthcare, High Tech, and Hospitality sectors. He has an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation and The Coaches Training Institute. 

At Caracalas and Associates, LLC, since March 2011, Mike has offered executive coaching, team development, strategic planning, and training services to high-profile clients like NASA and Cisco Systems. He’s also served as the 2019 President of the ICF North Texas chapter. His career includes significant roles at YUM! Brands/Pizza Hut and Sun Microsystems, where he led people development and HR functions, facilitating major organizational transformations and culture change initiatives.

Jenn Peppers, MBA, transitioned from a secure HR role to a career coach and small business owner after experiencing two significant career shifts by her early 30s. Certified as a life coach, she has guided hundreds of mid- to upper-level managers, expanding her services to leadership coaching, influenced by her MBA and HR experience. Profoundly impacted by Brené Brown’s work, Jenn became a Dare to Lead facilitator. 

A lifelong learner and author, she co-authored a book on facilitation and group leadership in 2008 and self-published an eBook in 2017. Her competencies include career and leadership coaching, strategic problem solving, and diversity and inclusion, with notable accomplishments in facilitating Dare to Lead programs for major organizations.
