Dare to Lead™ is a 3-day in-person or 5-day virtual program designed with empirical-based evidence to enhance you leadership abilities and break through that barrier. It is about your own leadership self-awareness and identifying your Call to Courage as a leader. This leadership development workshop provides you with the learning, practice and integration of the four courage skills sets so you can show up authentically in life and leadership. The insights, courage skills, tools and frameworks you will learn in this program are the foundation for authentic connection with yourself and those you serve.
Over the course of the workshop, individuals will experience the curriculum through a combination of short videos by Brené herself, Co-Active facilitation, small group and pair work, practical exercises, and self-reflection to learn the skill sets of Daring Leadership.
